Interior

The bright and cheerful interior utilises lots of strong colours against a pinky terracotta background and colourful tiled floors. The huge circular 1st floor lobby is ringed with columns and has a fountain under a blue dome depicting star constellations; a smart unfurnished reception area backed by arches is behind tall glass doors; an entertainments bar with an exotic decor leads off and has a large terrace overlooking the pool and sea. A contemporary Asian restaurant serves Tepenyaki, Thai and Sushi. On the ground floor is spacious cane-furnished main buffet restaurant and and a smaller option with a Mediterranean menu.

Grounds

There is direct access to a long, pale powder sand beach with mattressed beds, parasols and wicker windbreaks; an atmospheric shisha smoking tent has Bedouin rugs and cushions. The pool area has an angular peach concrete island with a raised sundeck, jacuzzi and flower beds. Steps lead to a small grassed island. Another section of the pool area has Romanesque columns and a bar/snack bar. Ample loungers and parasols are provided on the concrete pool surround which is edged by neat grassed areas and colorful flower beds.
