Exterior
A 200m expanse of neatly tendered lawned gardens with palm trees through which circular paths extend separates this property from the quiet street. The cobbled brick driveway runs beside the tennis courts, bordered by colourful flower gardens, to the set down area in front of the double height white facaded main building from which a large, narrow, column supported portico extends.

Interior
High-glass doors open onto a double height lobby with polished white patterned flooring and bold square pillars. The lobby bar, accessed by a single step, has comfortable deep cushioned furnishings as does the lounge area opposite.
A raised section has chrome and glass railings and houses further seating on high backed wooden framed cushioned chairs overlooking the central atrium. The reception counter is tucked towards one side.
A corridor continues past souvenir shops to the main restaurant which has patterned flooring and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the swimming pool and is furnished with high backed wooden and cushioned chairs at predominantly square tables.

Grounds
From the rear of reception, glass doors open onto a stairway with chrome railings which lead into the lower atrium. Table games including snooker and table tennis are located in a room below the restaurant opposite a shop selling traditional paintings.
The atrium opens onto a broad terrace area fronting the grounds which are surrounded by the 3-storey high wings of accommodation which have a white facade and rooms with balconies or terraces.
The main swimming pool is lagoon shaped and surrounded by paved terrace furnished with mattressed sunloungers shaded by wicker parasols. The small children's pool is surrounded by low wall separating it from the main pool.
Towards the rear of the poor deck, which has bistro style seating, is a rock face bedecked by colourful flower beds through which a stairway leads up to the second pool area which is also surrounded by a broad terrace and overlooked by clusters of 2-storey high accommodation blocks. This is the location of the children's playground on the tennis courts are situated to the front of the property.
