A 500m driveway winds through the carefully tended gardens and branches slightly up hill to the front of the single-storey main building. With a turret effect roof and pointed arch front entrance this has a Moorish style.

Interior

Pointed arched mosaic style door opens onto an expansive foyer which has a highly polished marble effect floor and bold white columns supporting the ceiling. The area is largely unfurnished although there are some clusters of soft cushioned armchairs and sofas in front of the wooden fronted reception counter. Towards the opposite end there is a souvenir shop and lobby bar.

From the wrought iron balustrade, the lower ground-level, reached by a double direction circular stairway houses the main restaurant which has wooden framed, cushioned chairs at predominantly rectangular tables many of which spill into the open courtyard type environment and creating, across light brown tiled flooring and double height floor-to-ceiling windows, a piazza ambience.

Grounds

Accommodation is located both in two small wings from reception building but mainly in eight clusters of 2-storey, white facade buildings situated in the expansive lawned gardens. Neatly trimmed hedges, palm trees and flower beds line the paths that wind through the resort.

The lagoon shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a broad terrace of cobbled brick effect and is furnished with mattressed sunloungers and cloth parasols with some arched wooden bridges. Overlooking the pool, in addition to the giant chessboard and a children's club, there is a Bedouin cafe, dive centre and row of souvenir type shops.

The beach stretches the width of the property and its wide, sandy and furnished with mattressed plastic sunloungers, fixed parasols and wicker windbreaks. At the front of the property there are tennis courts and a large amphitheatre.
