Standing on the sea side of the road which ends in a cul-de-sac a short distance further on, this double height property appears almost fortress like with a combination of stone clad frontage combined with more modern style granite coloured facade.

A narrow strip of lawn adorned with palms and potted shrubs separates it from the street from which a considerable number of broad steps with chrome railings lead up to the glass fronted main entrance.

Interior

A set of double glass doors open onto a single height lobby which has polished marble effect flooring and a dark wooden ceiling furnished with rugs and stylish white cushioned sofas and armchairs.

A tour operator's lounge with Internet stations has a long, low reception counter towards the end. A set of glass doors opens onto an inner courtyard off which several of the rooms are located.

The main restaurant is accessed from the middle ground-floor through an intricate series of corridors bordered by rock face within the property and from a separate entrance outside. It has attractive cushioned high-back seating and cushioned benches at predominantly square tables on a wooden deck like floor with attractive Marine style decor including boat paintings.

Grounds

Shaped like the stern of the ship, the upper-floor consists of a broad sun terrace with swimming pool and bar. In addition to the spectacular views across the bay there are sunloungers and parasols as well as an area of bistro style seating.

From the foot of the stairs at the entrance, a path continues past the 3-storey high accommodation to the broad sandy beach where further furnishings are provided. A wooden deck extends out to sea and houses a bar and one of the a la carte restaurants.

A separate deck to terrace area leads to the side of the property where steps lead down into the clear water and up to the second a la carte restaurant which has comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors and views directly out to sea.
