Although not close to a beach, this small property has comparatively large grounds and borders the back of a busy shopping and entertainment complex. There is a choice of board arrangements but only the one restaurant.

The large pool deck is well furnished and surrounded by well kept gardens overlooked by accommodation blocks. Suitable option for adult parties in particular looking for a quieter, more compact environment but within relative easy reach of many of the local attractions.

Exterior

Facing an expanse of undeveloped ground, this property stands back from the quiet street behind a small but heavily shrubbed garden. Beyond the parking area, an inclined c-shaped set-down drive leads to the front entrance with broad steps also leading from the car park through a small garden.

Single-storey high main building has a predominantly white facade with a bold portico forming an integral feature covering an attractive wood and glass entrance.

Interior

The foyer is within an attractive single-storey building with a sunken hexagonal seating area furnished with wooden framed sofas and chairs and bordered by an internal garden. The reception counter stands behind a stone clad wall.

A single internet station stands in one corner and there are shops selling souvenirs and jewellery. The restaurant is accessed from the terrace and has round backed wooden framed cushioned chairs at the mainly square tables on beige tiled flooring with large windows looking over the grounds. The bar is located by the side of this and has sleek furnishings, a snooker table and seating on the adjacent terrace.

Grounds

Accommodation consists of 2 staggered blocks each with a white facade with large windows many with terraces or French style balconies. A distorted figure of eight shaped pool occupies the centre ground surrounded by gardens containing flowerbeds, shrubs and palm trees. The pool itself is surrounded by wide paved terrace furnished with mattressed sunloungers and cloth parasols.

A swim up bar is covered by a thatched roof and a shisha lounge has traditional low cushioned seating and rugs. Beyond the small children’s swimming pool, the exterior boundary of the adjacent shopping mall is apparent. Although there is no beach here, the nearest public facilities are located about 15-mins away.

Area Type: Situated on a quiet street that connects El Fanara and City Council Streets in Om El Sid to the W of the resort close to the Old Town. The property backs onto the large Mercado shopping mall which has some dining venues. The greater selection is located in Na’ama Bay 20-mins by taxi. Transfer time to Sharm el Sheikh Airport 20-mins.
