This is definitely a property of 2 halves the first being on the land side of the road on a flat plateau landscape with few obstacles to the eye-line other than accommodation blocks, admittedly with a large swimming pool deck.

The 2nd half is across the road, beachside, and hugs the, at time, steep cliff face with a series of meandering stairways through the accommodation wings and a further swimming pool. This offers a relatively tranquil setting and is suited to adults and families who are self sufficient for entertainment.

Exterior

The gateway from the main road leads through the white walled boundary and into the landscaped gardens beyond. A short driveway leads up a slight incline to the main portico covered set down area in front of a single-storey domed top main building which overlooks attractive lawned gardens with colourful flower beds.

Interior

The lobby is circular in the centre of the U-shaped building and has polish marble effect and patterned flooring with neutral shaded walls. A wooden fronted reception counter standing to the corner of an otherwise sparsely furnished environment.

A circular stairway topped by a domed roof leads down to the lower ground-floor where the main restaurant is located. This has granite coloured tiling to the floor, dark wood effect walls and large windows overlooking the grounds with attractive wooden framed and cushions seating at predominantly rectangular tables.

The main bar is situated on the upper level and offers comfortable lounge style seating and 2 snooker tables.

Grounds

At the landslide of this property the grounds are laid mostly to lawn adorned with palm trees crisscrossed by paths and overlooked by clusters of 2-storey, white facaded rooms with balconies and terraces many of which are draped with Bougainvillia.

The mainly circular swimming pool is surrounded by crazy paving and furnished with mattressed sunloungers and sturdy wooden parasols. It is overlooked by an a la carte restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The pathway continues, down some steps and through an underpass to the second part of the resort which stands on the low cliff side overlooking the sea.

Stepped paths bordered by low walls lead through the grounds here overlooked by the 3-storey wings of accommodation which have side facing sea views from metal balustraded balconies.

The lagoon shaped swimming pool has a broad terrace surround lined with palm trees, mattressed sunloungers and cloth parasols. More steps lead down to the broad sandy beach which has regimented lines of loungers and wicker topped parasols.

Area Type: Situated at Montazh between Nabq and Sharks Bays on a stretch of coastline that has several other modern build properties. The property stands either side of the road with an underpass link. Nearest restaurants and Bars are in Nabq Bay reached within 10-min taxi journey or Na’ama Bay 20-mins. There are shops, supermarket, souvenir outlets as well as a bar and restaurant at the Baron complex 15-min walk. Transfer time to Sharm el Sheikh Airport 20-mins.
