Interior

The inner foyer comprises a stunning, typical Moorish dome with brick walls designed to keep heat out in summer and warmth in during winter, furnished with cluster of low backed armchairs and sofas. Main lobby is set to one side in a more formal environment but still with plenty of soft seating and panoramic windows over the grounds.

Grounds

Extensive grounds begin with a pool deck across which a wooden arch bridge spans. There is bar service and buffet servery. The accommodation is located in mainly single-storey clusters with stone clad walls, trailing plants and domed roofs. They line paths, some steep, throughout the attractively lawned and shrubbed grounds.

The beach sweeps around the bay with sections of the water cordoned off to protect reefs, other parts shallow enough to wade out 100m. A path runs behind the lines of palm frond parasols and sunloungers then climbs to the second pool area perched above the cliff. In addition to furnished terrace, this is where 2 other restaurants are located as well as an outdoor bar area.
