A large reception counter stands to the side of the entrance to the main bar and tiered nightclub. The main restaurant is situated opposite and provides an expansive internal dining area with large servery areas and a continuation of the glass frontage separating the terrace dining area.



A stylish business centre is in an open plan format in the centre of the lobby lounge. The Indian Restaurant is located beyond the elevator shafts.

Three distinct areas including one at the front of the property in which a parade of shops, including a hairdressers, massage room and bazaar type shops form a parade through attractively laid gardens overlooked by the Italian a-la-carte restaurant which has indoor and outdoor seating.



The 2nd is to the side of the main property where the bungalow accommodation is located around tidy lawns and gardens with a quiet pool area.



The last and main area is at the rear of the property leading down to the river front.
