Triton Empire Beach
Location is the key attraction of this property with its close proximity to the old town and the fact it borders the beach. The wide range of facilities placed within a compact layout gives an untidy appearance with some of the gardens and certainly the beach requiring a spruce up. It does have an appeal to young couples and adult parties in particular.
Standing back only a few metres from the main road, a portico, supported on narrow columns, extends over the forecourt fronting the single-storey reception building which has a mainly glass facade. It is bordered on both sides by attractive gardens and flagpoles.

Small square lobby with light-coloured walls, beige flooring and a marble fronted reception counter. Although this is the extent of the main building, it is furnished with wooden framed cushioned seating standing on rugs with a small library facility.
The main restaurant is actually located deeper into the grounds and occupies a central position in single-storey block with patterned tile flooring to both the internal seating areas, which has high backed wooden framed, cushioned seating at the predominantly rectangular tables, and the second area which has a conservatory style.
Accommodation is located in 3-storey staggered wings that border both sides of the garden. The rooms on the ground floor are reached by a few steps and have brick fronted terraces while those on the upper floors have metal balconied rooms.
Gardens are mainly sand but with neatly trimmed hedges, shrubberies and trees. In front of the restaurant building there is a broad terrace with alfresco dining furniture. Beyond this is a pool deck in a raised area surrounded by a broad terrace furnished with wooden sunloungers and wooden topped parasols.
The beach is quite compact but sandy and has fixed parasols and more sunloungers plus a small jetty with further furnishings.
Area Type: Located off the Sheraton Road Corniche on the beach side at El Dahar, Downtown. Standing off a junction leading to town centre shopping, restaurants and bars reached within a 20-min walk. The area immediately surrounding the property contains mainly residential and commercial properties. Transfer to Hurghada Airport 25-mins.
