Siva Grand Beach

This property has the advantage of both a beachfront location and easy accessibility in to the centre of the resort. It has an appealing courtyard entrance which belies it's official category but has higher categorised sister properties, the Grand Hotel and the Grand Resort a little further up the road.

5 broad steps lead up to the 3-storey high glass-fronted entrance from the central courtyard drive-way. An arched metal and glass structure forms an imposing portico.

Interior

The main foyer building has an internal 2-tier layout topped by a large glass dome. High-polished white marble-effect flooring on the lower floor is left largely unfurnished although there are clusters of soft furnishings and potted plants.

Grounds

From the terrace towards the rear of the foyer, the extensive swimming pool deck can be viewed with its adequate sun-loungers and white-cloth parasols. Most of the 550 rooms are located in 5-storey blocks that overlook the gardens. A strip of lawn and palms separates the pool-deck from the wide sandy beach.

Area Type: The Siva Grand Beach is located on a beachside location with a courtyard entrance off the Corniche (Sheraton) Road in central Hurghada where there a number of shopping facilities. All of the resort's shops, restaurants and late night bars are within a few kilometres. Neighbouring properties are Sindbad Beach Resort and the Gifton Beach Resort. Transfer time to Hurghada Airport 15 minutes.
