The boundary of this property acts like a border to a different world. Internal decor and ambience is buzzing and the grounds are attractively landscaped containing a myriad of facilities appealing to young and old alike.
Although it is some distance from the nearest shops and town centre, it suits those content to stay in a self-contained environment.
Exterior
Standing back from the main road and separated by a drive up area and parking, the white facade is rather striking when surrounded by its desert surrounds. An arched gateway opens onto a paved forecourt in front of the single height main building which has a series of glass pane doors.

Interior
Expansive square lobby with patterned marble flooring, light-coloured walls and wooden fronted reception counter. The central area is smartly furnished with cushioned armchairs and sofas around glass topped tables and the surrounds are decorated by shrubs in brass pots.
Swing doors open onto the lobby bar which is carpeted and has wooden effect walls and low backed cushioned seating. Opposite this area is the main restaurant which has wooden framed, cushioned furnishings at predominantly square tables on a terracotta-coloured tile floor with floor to ceiling windows.

Grounds
Although there are some 5-storey wings towards the rear of the property, the accommodation is located mainly in three wings of 3-storey white facaded blocks extending in an E shape formation down to the seafront.
Large pools are located between the wings and these are surrounded by broad terraces furnished with fixed parasols and wooden framed mattress sunloungers and parasols. Each has a snack bar service and there are 2 children’s club although one is for the exclusive use of the German tour operator.
Beyond the pool decks the attractively styled gardens continue to be beachfront which is furnished with wooden topped parasols and sunloungers. In addition to a watersports facility, there is a jetty which is generally used only for boat mooring.

Area Type: Located 10km N of El Dahar, Downtown on the beachside of the main road to Cairo, standing quite isolated and surrounded by barren desert, some commercial and residential properties. Nearest shopping, bars and restaurants are in Downtown with Sakkala 7km beyond that. Transfer to Hurghada Airport 30-mins.
