Opinion
This large property has an imposing facade and a dark interior with many of the principle facilities including bar and restaurants located in the main building. Grounds are extensive and well landscaped eventually leading down to an extensive stretch of beach.
Situated in a developing area and lacks shops and restaurants within the immediate vicinity although the comprehensive range of facilities will appeal to families and couples alike.
Exterior
A low zigzag stone wall separates the sloping neatly tendered gardens that front this 5-storey high property from the street. A series of wide steps crosses the garden to the set down area in front of a large onion arch portico supported on 2 columns in front of the double height main entrance which has a predominantly glass frontage.

Interior
The 2-tier lobby has a dark interior with patterned marble flooring and dark wooden walls with the upper-floor supported on circular columns. A long wooden fronted reception counter has traditional Moorish backdrop.
The main restaurant and bar are located on the upper-level with the former having floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds and furnished with sturdy wooden, cushioned chairs at predominantly square tables with buffet serverys around supporting columns. The bar faces the front of the property and features snooker tables, table tennis and table soccer.

Grounds
5-storey white facade blocks of accommodation stretch out from the main building but is restricted to the upper end of the resort. The central area here is mainly laid to garden with attractive lawns and shrubberies.
Beyond the accommodation wings are pools which are surrounded by broad terraces with lines of wooden framed, mattressed sunloungers and both cloth parasols and fixed awnings.
There are swim up bars and further a la carte restaurants with bistro style seating spreading onto wide terraces. 2 main pool areas are separated by an expansive stretch of gardens through which paths gently meander.
The pool deck overlooking the sea is similarly furnished and is shared with sister property Festival le Jardin next-door. A string of palm trees separate the gardens from the broad sandy beach which is furnished with sunloungers and palm frond parasols and houses the children’s playground.
Location
Area Type: Located next to its sister property, Festival Le Jardin on the Ahia Road mid way between Hurghada and El Gouna. Although there are some shops in this developing area, the Sakkala district with its shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife is located 20-mins by taxi. Transfer time to Hurghada Airport 30-mins.
