Opinion

Although not located on the beach, to where there is a shuttle service. This property benefits from a large pool deck and entertainment area. It has a lively ambience and is a relatively large property, suitable for adults and families with children of all ages.

The main entrance is marked by a simple automatic barrier at the head of a 300m drive past residential blocks to a set down area in front of a paved pathway and in front of a Moorish domed triple height main building with a pastel-coloured facade and arched doorway entrance.

Interior

Beyond the arch is an inner, open roofed courtyard with integral shrubberies with shops overflowing on to the paved flooring. A further arch leads in to the reception area which has some soft furnishings and a check-in counter beyond which are the grounds. The main restaurant is set within the grounds and has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Grounds

The main focus in the evenings is around the expansive outside entertainment piazza adjacent to the restaurant where bistro-style furnishings spread across the terrace and at the adjoining snack bar. The large lagoon-style swimming pool is central to the grounds and has a wide paved surround furnished with mattressed wooden sunloungers and cloth parasols.



The rooms are located in 2 and 3-storey blocks throughout the carefully tendered lawned gardens with guests at the integral Three Corners Rihana Inn sharing many of the facilities except a separate reception area. The difference between the properties is the room size with the Inn unable to accommodate families. The 2nd pool has a set of waterslides and a quiet area while, by the lagoon, wicker shades, sunloungers and parasols are provided.

Location

Area Type: Situated on the western, landside perimeter of the purpose built resort, this property has a southern boundary bordering the lagoon and is adjacent to the go-karting, paintball and tennis facilities and the skateboard park. Downtown is a 10 min walk where the nearest alternative properties are located. A shuttle bus and tuk-tuks operate in to Downtown and to the beaches to the north east. Transfer to Hurghada Airport 30 mins.
