With its wealth of facilities including spa and tennis courts, this property is a good choice for both couples and families. The swimming pool deck is a popular focal point and the restaurants offer a choice of dining. Its close proximity to the Pyramids is a distinct advantage.

Exterior

An entrance off the busy main road leads down at a slight incline to an expansive parking area to the rear of which the single-storey but double-height arched glass fronted reception building stands.

The series of arched shaped features include one that extends to create a white column supported portico over the slightly raised paved forecourt in front of the entrance. There is a separate entrance for the adjoining and integral function room.

Interior

The lobby has a mainly white marble effect and patterned floor with a low height ceiling supported by columns to he rear of which is the long wooden fronted reception counter.

Towards one end is a function room occasional used as an additional restaurant, with at the opposite end, a coffee lounge with comfortable seating and patisserie display. The main tiered restaurant overlooks the pool deck with the adjacent bar providing the venue for evening entertainment.

Grounds

The grounds begin with a pool terrace around which further dining venues are located as well as a night club and, on the level above reception, an Italian restaurant. A long sloping path and steps lead into the gardens where the majority of rooms are located in single-storey, arch fronted courtyard style blocks overlooking tidy gardens of grassed lawns and fruit trees.

38 rooms are located in a quieter position to the boundary in two 2-storey blocks, one of which contains the spa facility and, on the 2nd floor, an extensive fitness room. A tennis court and volley ball course are located at the rear of the property with a childrens playground closer to the main facilities.

Area Type: Situated in the Giza area of Cairo, set back from the main road and 10 mins drive from the Pyramids. Although there are few attractions or facilities within walking distance, there are bazaars and shopping malls within a short drive. The city centre can be reached within 40 mins. Transfer time to Cairo International Airport 60 mins.
