A boutique property only 5 mins stroll from the bazaars, restaurants and bars of down town and enjoying a lagoon side setting, this property is particularly suited to couples. The furnishings are very well considered and it has a refined ambience.

Exterior

Blending in with the Downtown architectural design, a neat shrubbery separates the crescent shaped path that leads to the front entrance of the double height property.

Palm trees in pots shade the wide wooden balustrade steps up to the main doorway set beneath a traditionally styled arch to the side of which are a series of similarly arched windows.

Interior

The lobby has been styled based on a traditional house with a series of rooms separated only by pointed archways. The walls are pastel-coloured and the floor patterned with different styles of antique furnishings adding to the decor.

An elaborately decorated restaurant, with white patterned flooring and large chandeliers, is situated on the 1st-floor where there is also a lounge area.

Grounds

Rooms are situated in 2 and 3-storey clusters, some overlooking attractive tiled courtyards and others facing out over the lagoon. Although the pool deck area looks small, there are only 66 rooms and infinity aspect contrasts with the lagoon waters.

There are sunloungers and cloth parasols provided and a snack bar is located towards the rear with bistro style furnishings across a terrace.

Area Type: Located in the heart of Downtown of the purpose built resort and backing on to the lagoon, the shops, bars and shopping arcades are within a few minutes stroll. A shuttle bus and tuk-tuks operate to the beaches in the north east of the resort. Transfer to Hurghada Airport 30 mins.
