Opinion

The architectural design of this property is its key attribute and provides a luxurious environment with stylish restaurants and bars. The pool features are also extensive making it suitable for adults and families with older children who do not mind the downhill trek to the beach…and back again.

Exterior

A cobble driveway breaks from the main road and circles around the attractive gardens in the central area. The single height predominantly white and brick-coloured facade is bordered by a stretch of gardens with trees and shrubs. A paved courtyard continues under the integral portico which has an inscription stencilled ceiling extending the depth of the upper-level of the property.

Interior

The lobby stands to one side and is an expansive area with patterned marble flooring, internal shrubberies and panoramic windows. Reception area consists of low desks and clusters of soft cushioned armchairs and sofas.

The main restaurant stands to the front overlooking the grounds and has floor-to-ceiling windows and high backed wooden chairs at predominantly square tables. Also on the upper-level is the main bar which, through its semicircular floor-to-ceiling windows, has a panoramic view out to sea.

Grounds

Open stairways lead down the hillside to the next level where there is a further a la carte restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating facing one of the pools. Each of the pool decks are furnished with wooden framed sunloungers and cloth parasols.

Accommodation is located in 2-storey wings and clusters spreading around the perimeter of the grounds which are attractively landscaped with lawns and trees.

A path continues in terraced levels down to the seafront where the beach is broad and sandy. Further sunloungers are here together with a large bar with comfortably furnished and watersports facility. The children’s playground is located midway down the hill.
