A compact property squeezed between the Corniche and the waterfront but yet offers a spacious feel. Attractively located in tiered terraces surrounded by neat gardens and the pool deck overlooks the river. Suitable choice for couples with limited child facilities.
Exterior
Steps lead up to a wooden decked jetty structure which extends over the tiered grounds and flat roofed tiered terraces of accommodation. A set of wide steps with tidy balustrades lead down to the single-storey glass-fronted reception building which has large swing glass doors. The property is only visible from the Corniche when adjacent to the entrance.

Interior
The single height square shaped lobby has large marble effect pillars with clusters of deep cushioned sofas and chairs in front of a long, wooden fronted reception counter. The main restaurant is located, down a few steps, behind the lobby in a Nile facing location with sturdy wooden furnishings and panoramic windows.

Rooms are located on 3-tiers along the banks of the river in single-height terrace formation with gardens in between. Positioned parallel to the main building and back up towards the street.
By the waters edge, there is a large terrace area with, in a detached block, a stylishly appointed bar and a-la-carte restaurant. The pool terrace is located at the northern end of the property, surrounded by a wide terrace and lawns and overlooked by a ships deck style structure with further seating.

Area Type: Located below street level of the Corniche opposite the Banque Misr which forms part of the grand river frontage. The old market, with rows of bazaar like shops, is within 10 mins walk and there are floating hotels moored along the Corniche. Transfer time to Aswan Airport 20 mins.
