This property benefits from its hilltop position affording spectacular views both from attractive gardens and many of the public areas. Situated away from the centre of town but has relatively easy access. Facilities are smart and extensive making this a good base for couples and families.

A gated driveway marks the entrance of this clearly visible property sweeping up to a circular drop of area in front of an arched feature through which wide steps lead to the polished marble effect forecourt in front of the doors. 5-storey property fronted by terraced gardens of shrubs and palms.

Interior
An inverted Y-shaped building, the lobby occupies much of the central ground-floor with rooms located in the 5 tiered storey wings either side. The main doors open on to a small but open plan foyer with reception counter and area of soft leather seating with wide steps leading to a broader floor with a low balustrade walkway with polished marble effect flooring slightly raised about further soft seating clusters overlooked by the open tiered next level.
There is a coffee and juice bar with patio style furnishings with, on the upper level, a large bar. The main restaurant, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds, is located in the northern wing accessed mainly from the gardens.

Grounds
Grounds are mainly surrounded by accommodation wings and predominantly occupied by the large lagoon style swimming pool with wide paved terracing shaded by towering trees.
Neat lawns to the sides with shaped shrubs and a good supply of sunloungers and parasols. Beyond the restaurant at the southern extremity there is a large covered terrace area and bar for occasional use.
Although unfurnished and, therefore, little utilised, a roof terrace extends across much of the building from where there are spectacular views of the river.

A 20 min steep walk into the town although a shuttle service is provided and taxis are readily available. Transfer to Aswan Airport 20 mins.
